This multicultural venue in Es Canar will open every Wednesday from 10:00 to 18:00 until 28 October
The FERGUS Style Punta Arabí hotel will close its doors on 18 October
Hippy Market Punta Arabí, the largest and oldest market in the Balearic Islands, is preparing to round off another successful season in style. A hub for crafts and free-spirited culture in Ibiza since 1973, the market enters its final weeks with special opening hours: until 28 October, it will open every Wednesday from 10:00 to 18:00. Residents and visitors can explore its more than 400 stalls selling crafts, fashion, home décor and eco-friendly products, and enjoy live music and its food trucks area.

Throughout October, visitors can make the most of the mild weather in the final weeks before the winter break to explore this iconic open-air market, discover the work of its artisans and enjoy its food and leisure offerings.
The Hippy Market Punta Arabí Vendors’ Association (AVEHMPA) highlights that the market is “one of Santa Eulària des Riu’s cultural landmarks and one of the most representative expressions of the hippie movement that shaped Ibiza’s identity from the 1970s onwards, preserving its open character and its connection to handcrafted creations”.
Supported by Santa Eulària des Riu Town Council, this venue stays true to its essence, “more Ibiza than ever”, and to the spirit that has made it an unmissable fixture in the islands.
Meanwhile, FERGUS Style Punta Arabí, which hosts this unique venue within its grounds, will end its summer season on 18 October.
The final weeks to enjoy Hippy Market Punta Arabí
Hippy Market Punta Arabí invites visitors to discover a wide variety of crafts, costume jewellery, accessories, fashion, home décor, natural and organic cosmetics, local liqueurs and sustainable creations made from recycled materials.

Beyond shopping, this iconic market offers an outing for the whole family, turning every Wednesday into an experience to be enjoyed at a leisurely pace. The route winds through the streets of FERGUS Style Punta Arabí, a four-star hotel made up of white villas surrounded by pine groves, whose architecture gives the market a relaxed atmosphere in complete harmony with the Mediterranean landscape.
Live music is also part of the programme at Hippy Market Punta Arabí, with performances accompanying market days and helping to create its distinctive atmosphere. There is also a dining area with food trucks, Sa Trobada bar and Hippy Bar, offering different options for a break along the way.
With more than five decades of history behind it, Hippy Market Punta Arabí bids farewell to the season in the way it knows best: with crafts, music and the unique atmosphere that has made it a symbol of Ibiza. Wednesdays in October are the last opportunity to experience it before its return in spring 2027.
